Shipping Policy

For domestic shipments, PLINC uses the services of Moovin. If the delivery is within the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM), the shipping cost will be 2,500 colones; if the delivery is outside the GAM, the cost will be 3,500 colones.

Shipping is free on orders over 35,000 colones.

Delivery within the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM) will take 1 to 3 business days from the date of shipment, while delivery outside the GAM will take 2 to 8 business days, depending on the area.

Shipping Confirmation: Shipments are arranged before 11:00 a.m. on Mondays and Thursdays. Once the order is ready, PLINC will send the user an email with the corresponding tracking number and the estimated delivery time.

The package will be delivered within the applicable timeframe, starting from the nearest business day of shipment—either Monday or Thursday, as applicable.
