Our coffee comes from our farm in Monteverde or from microlots we purchase directly from producers who share our commitment to quality. Depending on the harvest and the variety, the coffee is dried using natural or honey processes. We then roast it carefully to highlight its natural sweetness, acidity, and body, resulting in a delicious and well-balanced cup.
The roast profile was designed to highlight its flavor when brewed with the Plinc Chorreador. A sweet, balanced coffee with a silky texture. Not too bitter and not too acidic, it’s a perfect choice for specialty coffee lovers.
